These terms apply to every purchase made on multioptimization.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Payment methods
We accept payment through PayPal, which also processes all major credit and debit cards — a PayPal account is not required. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed on PayPal’s secure gateway; we never see or store your card details.
How a purchase works
- Choose a plan on the product page — Monthly, Annual, Lifetime, or Free Trial — and check out.
- Receive confirmation — your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase, and the license appears immediately under My Account → Software Licenses.
- Activate — open the application’s Activation tab, copy your computer’s serial number, paste it into your license page, and click Activate. Your license key is generated instantly and emailed to you.
License terms
- A license key is unique to the hardware it was activated on and cannot be transferred to another machine by the user. If you replace your computer, contact support for an activation reset — remaining time on timed plans is preserved.
- Timed licenses (Monthly, Annual) begin at activation, not at purchase. Renewals extend from the later of the renewal date or your current expiry, so renewing early never loses days.
- Lifetime licenses do not expire and include updates within the purchased major version.
- Free trials are limited to one per customer and per computer, per product.
- You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it; redistribute or resell license keys; or use the software for unlawful purposes.
Refund policy
Because a generated license key cannot be “returned,” refunds are not typically provided once a key has been generated for your hardware. Every product offers a free trial — please use it to confirm the software meets your needs and runs on your system before purchasing. If something goes wrong with a purchase (duplicate order, payment error, software fails to run on a system that meets the requirements), contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Delivery
All products are delivered electronically. Licenses are issued instantly at checkout; download links for installers are provided on the product pages and in your account. Nothing is shipped physically.
